Because our work involves real estate consulting, renovation planning, and property-related services that begin immediately once a client engages with us, certain fees may be non-refundable. Any fees paid for consultations, property evaluations, design plans, or contractor sourcing are generally final once services have been delivered or work has begun.

f you believe you were charged in error or did not receive the services agreed upon, please contact us directly. We will review the situation, confirm the details, and work to provide a fair resolution, which may include a refund or service credit when appropriate. Our goal is always to ensure that clients feel supported, respected, and treated fairly throughout the entire process.

 

Service agreements for larger renovation projects or real estate representation may have their own refund or cancellation terms outlined in written contracts. Those agreements will take precedence over this general policy.
