My journey started in Bucks County, where I grew up surrounded by hardworking people who took pride in fixing and improving the places we live. Early on, I found myself drawn to homes not just for how they looked, but for what they could be with the right vision and the right work behind them.
What pushed me to finally start Next Move was the community around me. I watched close friends launch their own businesses in landscaping, painting, and junk removal. Seeing their drive and success lit a fire in me. They proved that with the right mindset and a commitment to doing things the right way, you can build something meaningful. Their inspiration helped turn my idea into a reality.

About Me
My name is Connor Fithian
I always knew I wanted to become an entrepreneur, but I wasn’t sure where to begin. When COVID hit the structure of my life suddenly disappeared, it pushed me to take control of my own future and create my own sense of security.
At 18, I started pursuing my real estate license, and by 19 I was a licensed realtor. Around the same time, I began working part-time for a local contractor, learning the renovation and construction trades from the ground up. I later spent a period of time living in California, working in marketing and videography, but ultimately realized that life on the West Coast wasn’t the right fit for me. I returned home and continued developing my construction skills full-time.
After gaining years of hands-on experience and expanding my knowledge in both industries, I knew it was time to build something of my own. I started Next Move Property Solutions with a clear vision: to combine my background in real estate with my expertise in renovations and provide a service that truly helps people unlock the full potential of their properties.
